Financial Policy

It is our mission to deliver excellent dental services at reasonable costs to our patients. Our office accepts PPO Insurance and Fee for Service (self-pay).

We intend for you to be fully informed about your insurance coverage and benefits. Rest assured that prior to starting any treatments, we will review the costs involved in your treatment plan and explain how your insurance will cover those costs.

We take the matter of insurance fraud very seriously and we do not participate in any form of insurance fraud, which includes the waiving of deductibles and copayments as well as billing for services not rendered.

Deductibles and copayments are due at the time that dental services are provided. Oftentimes, dental insurance does not cover the full costs of treatment. You are fully responsible for the remaining balance after your insurance has paid its share of the treatment costs.
